We'll send a flat-rate proposal tailored to your event — package recommendation, add-ons that make sense for your use case, and a clear price. One number, no line-item surprises. You approve, we invoice, and your date is held.

5–7 days before your event
We design your branded overlay
Our designer creates a custom photo overlay using your logo, event name, date, and brand colors. You'll receive a proof to review — and we'll revise until it's exactly right. Most clients approve on the first or second round.
What you provide
Logo file (PNG or SVG preferred), brand colors, any tagline or event theme
Turnaround
Standard: 5 business days. Premium: 48-hour priority turnaround.
Revisions included
Unlimited reasonable revisions until you're happy. No nickel-and-diming.

48 hours before
Final logistics check-in
We'll confirm load-in time, parking or dock access, power requirements, and where you'd like the booth positioned in the room. This takes about 10 minutes and means zero surprises on event day.

Everything. Booth, stand, lighting, backdrop, cables, props if ordered.

60–90 min before doors open
We arrive and set up — without you
Our attendant arrives early, sets up the full booth, runs test shots, and has everything guest-ready before your first attendee walks in. You don't need to be there. You don't need to check on us. We'll find you when we're done.

During your event
Our attendant runs the show
A friendly, professional attendant guides guests through every photo session — adjusting poses, handling the tech, keeping the line moving, and making sure everyone has a great experience. They're an extension of your hospitality, not a vendor standing in the corner.
Attendant responsibilities
Guest coaching, troubleshooting, print handoff, queue management, and general booth operation
Throughput
Typically 60–100+ photo sessions per hour depending on group sizes
You don't manage us
Your team stays focused on guests. We handle ourselves completely.

End of event
We pack up and disappear
When the clock runs out, we break down the full setup and clear the space — typically in under 30 minutes. No debris, no waiting around. Your venue team will barely know we were there.
Teardown time
20–30 minutes. We're out before your catering team starts stacking chairs.
What we leave behind
Nothing — except happy guests and a full photo gallery ready for delivery.
After your event

Within 24 hours
Your full gallery is delivered
Every photo from the event is compiled into a branded online gallery and sent to you the next business day. Share the link with your team, post it internally, or forward it to guests. Photos are print-quality and yours to keep.

Private gallery link, full-resolution downloads, all images with your branded overlay applied
Usage rights
You own the photos. Use them for internal comms, social media, or event recaps — no restrictions.
Gallery hosting
Hosted and accessible for 90 days. Extended hosting available on request.

Premium clients receive a post-event summary covering total photo sessions, peak activity windows, digital shares, and estimated social reach. Useful for justifying event spend internally or benchmarking future events.

Things people ask before booking
What if our event runs long?
No problem — just give us a heads up and we'll stay. Extra hours are billed at $125/hr, added to your final invoice. We'd rather stay than leave guests hanging.
What do you need from the venue?
A standard electrical outlet within 15 feet of the booth location and a 6×8 ft footprint minimum. That's it. We handle the rest.
Can we see the overlay design before the event?
Always. You'll approve the design before we show up. We won't load anything on the booth that you haven't signed off on.
What if something breaks on event day?
We carry backup equipment and our attendant is trained to troubleshoot on the fly. In the rare event of a full outage we can't resolve, we'll issue a prorated refund.
Do guests need an app to get their photos?
No app needed. Guests receive photos via text or email immediately after their session — one click to download, no login or signup required.
How far in advance should we book?
2–4 weeks is ideal. We can accommodate rush bookings inside 5 business days with our rush add-on ($150). Reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.
